Glenburn Starlight White Darjeeling Tea is a White tea of unopened tea buds that are gathered in early Spring, during the second flush.

Hot tea brewing method:- Place 2 teaspoon of tea for each 12-16 oz pot.
- Bring freshly drawn and filtered cold water to 160°F - 180°F
(previously boiled water has lost most if its oxygen and
tends to be flat tasting). - Pour the boiling water into the teapot.
- Cover and let steep for 3 - 5 minutes according to taste
(the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
The preferred way to enjoy this tea is ’straight-up’.
Once the water is low, add more hot water and so on and so on, until the flavor is exhausted.
